STEM Greenhouse Refunds and Returns Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do not use the return address on your order without contacting STEM Greenhouse prior to posting your purchase for return, as the return to address is likely to be different. Returns must be received in order to receive a refund or an exchange-for-size item. Return shipping postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping on an exchange-for-size item may also be the responsibility of the customer. When we receive a returned shipment, you will be notified of receipt by email.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print facility partner and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, including incorrect sizing.
Returns for products with defects require proof by providing a picture of the damaged item, and/or the tag of the item showing incorrect size was shipped. In cases where proof is not provided, a refund will not be possible.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
